Saving Sweet Souls
South Mitten's Kittens is one of many rescues that help homeless cats and kittens from a variety of situations. Whether they are surrendered by owners, dumped by those who once loved them, born outdoors, or lost, we save those that we can, and mourn those that we can't.
Getting Healthy
Each and every beautiful soul that we save is worth every cent we spend to get them healthy so that they can begin their next big adventure. Finding their FUREVER FAMILY! Once healthy, each of our precious kitties are spayed or neutered, have their age appropriate vaccines, are dewormed, are tested for Feline Leukemia and FIV, have flea preventative administered, and are microchipped.
Homeward Bound!
Once our kitties have completed all of their vetting, they are ready to find the right home for them! We have pride in knowing that our cats and kittens don't go to just any home. We do our very best to match our cats and kittens in a home where they will stay happy, healthy, and very much loved. Their Forever Home! This is a process that we take very seriously. Our job is our passion, and our passion is these babies.
